Delivery costs vary depending on the size of your order and its destination. You can view different delivery options via our Instant Price Calculator. While we offer the cheapest option by default, you can choose from faster options for an additional cost.
The delivery time will depend on the quantity, the type of printing (offset or digital) and how far your order has to travel. The bigger the order and the farther it has to travel, the longer it will take to be delivered.
We base our delivery dates on the assumption that your order will go immediately into production. If your order remains unconfirmed, you could receive new estimated delivery dates (e.g. if you confirm your order 3 days later, this will add at least 3 days to the estimated delivery date).
Please note that all delivery dates are estimated. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us in advance to discuss your deadline. Our cut-off time for confirmed orders is 4 PM CT every workday.
If you don't receive your order or tracking details one day after your estimated delivery date, contact us in one of the following ways:

During our busier periods, orders can take a bit longer to produce due to high volumes of work. But we will let you know if this is the case.
We usually use UPS and FedEx to deliver our products in the US. We also use a range of specialist shipping services for large pallet deliveries. We send smaller orders in boxes or parcels and are usually trackable. We deliver larger orders on a pallet for a kerbside delivery but aren’t trackable.

When you've filled out your billing information and delivery address, you can add more addresses to your order. Click the Add another delivery address button. Enter the number of items you’d like us to send to your other address, and we'll update the delivery fee.
We cannot ship orders internationally or orders with split shipping for now. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but do not hesitate to contact our team if you have any queries or questions.
Mixam has relationships with several reputable fulfilment companies, allowing us to print, pack and ship orders directly to you or customers in large and small quantities.
