For the second year in a row I have put together a yearbook for our homeschool co-op, and both times I have used Mixam for printing. Both years the people there have saved my but by catching mistakes I've made, heling me make corrections, or making the corrections themselves. They are an absolutely invaluable resource for me. For two years now I have received adulations and thanks that I frankly don't feel I deserve. These books have been overwhelming successes because I picked Mixam as our printer.

The color was brilliant; the paper and printing quality was top notch. The tech support was on-target and delivery was fast. Plus, the price per book was the lowest I found anywhere. I'm a return customer and I'll use Mixam again.

Best customer service ever!

I was struggle with spine size of my book. The specialists helped me a lot. They were so kind and professional.
Just got the mail. Was fast than I expected. It's amazing quality as well.
Price was reasonable. I will send another book soon.

Been using mixam since 2016. The site is easy to use, communication between employees is very fast, and production to shipment time was accurate to the estimated delivery time.

I was a bit hesitant because I hadn't worked with Mixam before. I am an illustrator and the way my drawings looked on paper was extremely important. The quality of the print blew me away, my book was well-bound and affordable. What struck me about the entire experience was Mixams customer service. They were always available and when there was an issue with my order the team worked efficiently to resolve it. I cannot recommend Mixam enough. I am so happy and will be using their service again.

I just received my first children’s book from Mixam. And it was beautiful, the customer support specialist knew exactly what needed to be done to correct my bleeds for printing. Every step of the way Mixam provided quick responses and reassurance. I was on a hard deadline and they made it all happen without a hitch. The printing was perfect -- photography was reproduced beautifully.

I can even order a book because the online design software is so glitchy, it isn't funny! It took me 4 hours to design 8 pages because I had so many issues with the software. I want this to work. I'll be 100 before I get the design completed!

I was so impressed with my order. It was a little difficult to navigate the website but once I got the hang of it, it was great. Not only that but they have live chat that helped me over the humps. Quality of my project was very nice, price was reasonable and thier promised arrival date was right on spot! Thank You! Will not hesitate to use again!

Great first time experience. My book turned out great. Website functioned very smoothly. Only thing I think is missing is a higher end uncoated paper. Like Mohawk superfine eggshell. If that paper was on offer, at a higher price, it would be next level. All options would be covered.

I was very happy with the product I received. The web sight is extremely difficult to figure out in terms of filling out the order, loading my files etc. But luckily your support staff were very patient and helpful walking me through what to do.

Mixam has repeatedly delivered excellent product in high quality with the best pakaging! The one time they ran into a delivery issue they printed my books over seas and had them rushed, no charge!
