I had written a personal family history story involving WWII. I ordered 20 copies of the 260 page book. Everyone I dealt with at Maxim was very helpful and gave correct information and help adjust my ordering mistakes. The end product is wonderful and recipients of the book are very impressed. very good experience.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!! There isn’t a better place to have your artwork or project printed. I printed my first coloring book with MIXAM and the quality of service and product was actual perfection. Look no further.

I had low expectations based on other online printing that I have done in the past but the book that I printed came out great. (I used other services previously) I'm really happy with it. I'll definitely order here again if I have more books that need to be printed.

I used Mixam to print a 20 page mini comic to sell at an expo. Their website is so user friendly and makes it so easy to adjust printing options and get a real-time quote! Formatting and uploading was also very easy and intuitive. The best part of my experience though was the amazing customer service! I had a pretty quick turnaround and when it looked like the delivery date was changed to be after the date of the expo I called them up and they were able to rush my order so that I would recieve my copies in time.

Terrible experience all around!

Unprofessional! Gross negligence! Poor communication and time management!

Our students are devastated that they did not receive their yearbooks that shared their yearlong memories! KIDS ARE CRYING >:(

We were given a date MONTHS in advance and even paid for express shipping! All of our files were submitted on time!!! SAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our group was trying to create a graphic novel for a class and we were scouting out Mixam for a while. It was pretty funny because the prices changed a lot depending on the day you ordered which confused us but when we called they told us the price changes with the market price. Other than that the experience was great, the process of uploading the files/pages was pretty easy and the support team was very helpful. We ended up not including a bleed line and Mixam just mirrored the page and fixed the problem for us, all we had to do was confirm that it looked good and was ready for production. The books just came in recently and they are very high quality and even better than we imagined!

I’m very impressed with the quality of the books that Mixam printed for me. I had written a memoir for my children and grandchildren, and I wanted it to last. I ordered their best paper and binding, and the result was excellent. I’m sure that the books will last for many years and that they will be a delight to the kids.

Overall I was very happy with the end result. The printing came out exactly as expected, and the full color covers were beautiful. I will definitely be ordering again. One minor issue I had was with the file upload process for the pages. It was a little confusing at first and difficult to reorder the pages once uploaded.
