High quality print with very affordable…

High quality print with very affordable price!

The website was easy to navigate, and the guidelines for different type of printing were very clear written. They are very professional, and reached out to me when the files had some problems. The printing quality is great and it's cheaper than the other sites I researched.

We got the beautiful book we wanted!

The site is easy to use. Followup was east to understand and updates were prompt. The final printed product is EXACTLY what we wanted! Loved working with Mixam and have already recommended them to several other authors.

Best system and help

Mixam has one of the best systems and teams for my catalog and flyer needs. I recently ordered 8 different spiral-bound booklets and three flyers for a trade show, and their system made is so easy to bundle it all together.

One of a kind customer service!

The first book I wrote I sent through these guys, their online help are real people and they are fantastic to work with! Special call out to Lauren! They made this process - outside from the writing portion - an absolute breeze! I truly wouldn't recommend anyone else! They helped with artwork to layout. Their links to outlining process are clear and easy to follow. Five stars are not enough!

Wonderful printing services

I will definitely print again with mixam, the quality was over my expectations and the price helped me stay within my budget.
I ordered a 30 page stapled booklet, the colors and glossy paper look beautiful.

Very pleased with the quality of the…

Very pleased with the quality of the magazines I had printed for our club. This was an experimental run to see if we might find a printer that could print our club publication in full color within our budget constraints. I do believe we will be switching to Mixam for our printing needs from here on out.

SUPERB QUALITY! GREAT SERVICE!

I just created my first softcover book with Mixam. During the process of making this 172 page book I ran into obstacles. The customer support at Mixam was incredibly kind, thorough and very patient. My books arrived, and I cannot express in words how stunning these books came out. The quality of the paper and the printing is spectacular. I am now in the process of creating another one.

Extremely good quality

I was in need of booklets and very indecisive about choosing a supplier. I came across Mixam via a Google search and decided to give them try.
In the end I was extremely satisfied with the overall quality of the final product and would definitely use them again.

Totally awesome, will print with Mixam again

Fantastic quality of books and quite true to what is advertised on the website. (For reference, I ordered 32pg saddle stitch comic books x10.) I was initially hesitant about sizing and material because it was difficult to imagine the thickness of paper or how the product would look, but as long as everything is uploaded at a high resolution, everything worked seamlessly. Wonderful quality, and even better in person.

Mixam pulls my fat out of the fire AGAIN

For the second year in a row I have put together a yearbook for our homeschool co-op, and both times I have used Mixam for printing. Both years the people there have saved my but by catching mistakes I've made, heling me make corrections, or making the corrections themselves. They are an absolutely invaluable resource for me. For two years now I have received adulations and thanks that I frankly don't feel I deserve. These books have been overwhelming successes because I picked Mixam as our printer.

First try, almost great.

Researching online photo book printers, Mixam made my short list. Tried a soft cover, 8x8" with 100lb. satin pages. Mostly excellent. The gloss laminated cover really pops. Color photos clean and bright. Only concern is some variation in black & whites. Some are excellent, but a few slightly dark. Could it be some auto correction that I forgot to turn off? Many people might not notice. I'm picky. And B&W is a challenge for four color printing, but I think "rich black" is worth it. May try a hard cover.

Great customer service

Great customer service. The website is not very intuitive though. The instructions are not very clear, but calling customer service was helpful. Overall, after several phone calls and edits, the project was completed as requested. The shipping time was fast once the order was confirmed and processed.

Nice quality but shipping needs improvement

The items I ordered were shipped safely and look nice. I don't think the interface is as intuitive as it claims so uploading the files was a fight (despite claims, it did not auto-detect the orientation). Also, even though I ordered everything at the same time, apart of my order shipped separately and came quite a bit later than I was quoted so that was kinda frustrating. Otherwise, the quality seems nice, the colors look good too. Customer service was helpful when I reached out.

Good concept but jury is still out on the overall finished product

Placing the order was easy. I still haven't received it and it had stated it was supposed to have arrived by yesterday when I originally placed the order. The other frustrating part was the limited options available. Quite a few of the items were listed but then when it came to place the order they were unavailable.

We are sorry that your order has been held up with the Courier, we can see we managed to ship your order a day earlier than estimated, so it's disappointing when the order then gets held up in transit or not scanned in due to no fault of our own.
We do our best to Estimate the Delivery dates as accurately as we can, but the more economic USPS shipping service can sometimes take longer than estimated.

The color was brilliant

The color was brilliant; the paper and printing quality was top notch. The tech support was on-target and delivery was fast. Plus, the price per book was the lowest I found anywhere. I'm a return customer and I'll use Mixam again.

Best customer service and quality of print

I was a bit hesitant because I hadn't worked with Mixam before. I am an illustrator and the way my drawings looked on paper was extremely important. The quality of the print blew me away, my book was well-bound and affordable. What struck me about the entire experience was Mixams customer service. They were always available and when there was an issue with my order the team worked efficiently to resolve it. I cannot recommend Mixam enough. I am so happy and will be using their service again.

Best customer service ever!

I was struggle with spine size of my book. The specialists helped me a lot. They were so kind and professional.
Just got the mail. Was fast than I expected. It's amazing quality as well.
Price was reasonable. I will send another book soon.
