Very pleased with the quality of the magazines I had printed for our club. This was an experimental run to see if we might find a printer that could print our club publication in full color within our budget constraints. I do believe we will be switching to Mixam for our printing needs from here on out.

I just created my first softcover book with Mixam. During the process of making this 172 page book I ran into obstacles. The customer support at Mixam was incredibly kind, thorough and very patient. My books arrived, and I cannot express in words how stunning these books came out. The quality of the paper and the printing is spectacular. I am now in the process of creating another one.

Fantastic quality of books and quite true to what is advertised on the website. (For reference, I ordered 32pg saddle stitch comic books x10.) I was initially hesitant about sizing and material because it was difficult to imagine the thickness of paper or how the product would look, but as long as everything is uploaded at a high resolution, everything worked seamlessly. Wonderful quality, and even better in person.

I was in need of booklets and very indecisive about choosing a supplier. I came across Mixam via a Google search and decided to give them try.
In the end I was extremely satisfied with the overall quality of the final product and would definitely use them again.

For the second year in a row I have put together a yearbook for our homeschool co-op, and both times I have used Mixam for printing. Both years the people there have saved my but by catching mistakes I've made, heling me make corrections, or making the corrections themselves. They are an absolutely invaluable resource for me. For two years now I have received adulations and thanks that I frankly don't feel I deserve. These books have been overwhelming successes because I picked Mixam as our printer.

After spending a significant time with their print expert trying to understand their printing settings, I figured out how to upload my art print. I reviewed the proof and signed off. I received the art and the there are random white borders on one side of the art. I emailed customer support about this and they said it was my fault because my art didn't reach the edge. I asked them to please consult the conversation that I had with the print specialist who advised me to move my art in by the measure of the bleed to avoid it being cut off. Two follow up messages later and no response from Mixam support. My event deadline is approaching and I am out of art and over $100.

For the past few semesters, I have been using this website to order my campus's literary magazine. I ordered one in November and just went to order this semester's edition this week, only to see that the price practically DOUBLED for the exact same product with the same specifics. I am very disappointed in such a significant increase because I love how easy the site is to use and how well the work comes out, however within a span of four months, the price went from $168 to $239 and that's BEFORE shipping and taxes, which put the total at $272. Sadly, a self-funded college club cannot afford those prices continuously.

I ordered 2 duplicate books for my senior capstone. I ordered them 3 weeks in advance (April 8th) so it would get here with plenty of time to spare. They only estimated 2 weeks to produce and deliver. Mixam service is super easy to use and they caught bleed errors in my book print very quickly. They produced my book fast and had shipped it quickly, but then for a week UPS never received my package. Finally, after calling, they mailed my book out. As a result of Mixam's delay, UPS and USPS are now fiddling my package in the mail system and I missed my deadline. Its frustrating because I have colleges who ordered from Mixam at the same time, and after, who have already received their orders. All customer service was able to do for me was take a screenshot of the tracking number and tell me to be patient. No real help was offered...

The color was brilliant; the paper and printing quality was top notch. The tech support was on-target and delivery was fast. Plus, the price per book was the lowest I found anywhere. I'm a return customer and I'll use Mixam again.

I was struggle with spine size of my book. The specialists helped me a lot. They were so kind and professional.

I was a bit hesitant because I hadn't worked with Mixam before. I am an illustrator and the way my drawings looked on paper was extremely important. The quality of the print blew me away, my book was well-bound and affordable. What struck me about the entire experience was Mixams customer service. They were always available and when there was an issue with my order the team worked efficiently to resolve it. I cannot recommend Mixam enough. I am so happy and will be using their service again.
